6.1.3.30.1 语义定义（Semantic definition）
对象化关系 IfcRelCoversSpace 将空间对象与一个或多个覆盖物相关联，这些覆盖物面向（或分配给）该空间。
IFC规范提供了两种关系：
- IfcRelCoversBldgElements 用于将覆盖物分配给构件。
- IfcRelCoversSpaces 用于将覆盖物分配给空间
覆盖物与空间之间的关系，或覆盖物与构件之间的关系，何者被视为主要关系，必须在模型视图定义的上下文中确定。
