6.4 IfcSharedFacilitiesElements（共享设施构件）

6.4.1 模式定义

IfcSharedFacilitiesElements 模式定义了设施管理（FM）领域的基本概念。此模式与 IfcProcessExtension 和 IfcSharedMgmtElements 一起，提供了一组模型，可供需要共享设施管理相关问题信息的应用程序使用。

IfcSharedFacilitiesElements 模式支持包括以下概念：

• 家具
• 将系统家具构件分组为单个家具项
• 资产标识
• 对象清单（包括单独清单中的资产、家具和空间对象）

6.4.1.1 家具和系统家具

在 IfcProductExtension 模式中， IfcElement 实体分解为多个子类型。其中之一是 IfcFurnishingElement 实体，从中派生出 IfcFurniture 和 IfcSystemFurnitureElement 实体。

图1展示了一个家具对象（IfcFurniture 实体的实例），它被认为是独立的离散家具项（例如，桌子或椅子）。

图2展示了一个系统家具构件对象（IfcSystemFurnitureElement 实体的实例），它是一个可识别的项（如隔板、侧板或桌面），参与组装离散家具项。

每个 IfcFurniture 对象和每个 IfcSystemFurnitureElement 对象都有特定类型。对于离散家具，可能是椅子、书桌、桌子等；对于系统家具，可能是隔板、侧板、桌面等。类型的规范留给提供信息的应用程序用户。然而，对于应用程序，有许多预定义的家具类型属性集可以分配给家具对象。可以根据需要定义其他属性集。

6.4.1.2 资产标识

IfcAsset 允许将对象分组形成一个单元，该单元具有可识别的财务价值和/或在其上执行特定的设施管理操作，如图3所示。

每个资产携带唯一标识符、成本、所有权、位置和其他所需信息。

6.4.1.3 清单

IfcInventory 提供特定类型对象的列表，包含的对象类型由 IfcInventoryTypeEnum 标识。

每个清单有一个或多个负责人和一个组织管辖范围（在涉及多个功能组或组织的设施管理情况下很有价值）。
