7.8.4.146.1 语义定义
仪表变压器是高精度类电气设备，用于隔离或变换电压或电流水平。仪表变压器的主要功能是从高电压或高电流电路操作仪表或计量设备，安全地将二次控制电路与高电压或高电流隔离。组合式仪表变压器用于计量电压。
